Training
Learn from the very experts who write the standards that you need to comply with.
We offer practical training on the design and compliance requirements for low-voltage electrical installations, delivered by professionals working in standards formation and development.
Structured
We offer training on the requirements for electrical design through twelve structured courses, based on either IS 732 (India), BS 7671 (UK and Middle East) and IEC 60364 (international).
These intensive courses are intended for people with a working understanding of electrical installations who would like to learn electrical installation design.
Training can be delivered in-person or online.

Course 1: Introduction to electrical installation design (10 hours)

Course 2: Protection against electric shock (8 hours)

Course 3: Protection against electric thermal effects (8 hours)

Course 4: Protection against overcurrent (8 hours)

Course 5: Protection against voltage disturbances and electromagnetic disturbances (8 hours)

Course 6: Common rules for selection and erection of electrical equipment (6 hours)

Course 7: Selection and erection of wiring systems (8 hours)

Course 8: Selection and erection of switching, isolating, protective and monitoring devices (12 hours)

Course 9: Selection and erection of earthing arrangements and protective conductors (6 hours)

Course 10: Selection and erection of other equipment (8 hours)

Course 11: Selection and erection of safety services (6 hours)

Course 12: Selection and erection of stationary secondary batteries (6 hours)
Specialised
Our specialised courses focus on the application of the requirements for electrical installations through three-specialised courses- cable sizing, inspection and testing.
Specialised courses are intended for people who have sat all twelve structured courses, or have a working knowledge of their relevant national standard or IEC 60364.
Training can be delivered in-person only.

Course 1: Cable sizing and coordination with conductor cross-sectional area
(24 hours)

Course 2: Visual inspection of electrical installations (18 hours)
